Refund policy
WildTrackr offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
-Be in the same condition as received
-Be unused and in its original packaging
-Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email to send your item back.
All return requests must be submitted by contacting our customer support team in advance. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
WildTrackr does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, WildTrackr will fully cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
No restocking fees will be charged on approved returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@wildtrackr.com so we can assist you promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
-Items returned used, damaged, or incomplete
-Missing original parts or accessories
-Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery
-Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
Exchanges
WildTrackr accepts exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:
-Return the original product after approval
-Place a new order once the return has been accepted
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
-Refunds are issued to the original payment method
-Processing time: within 10 business days
-No restocking fees applied
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
